BIM-BAM RECORDS - TERMS &
Our catalogue is generally updated on a regular basis. New items are added and out of stock items are deleted. The 'search' facility will show all items currently available on the last update but if an item has limited stock and has since run out we would notify you that your order was unsuccessful and offer to re-order or suggest alternatives.
SECURITY OF ON-LINE ORDERING:
We use a secure server to receive your credit/debit card details. The secure server site is a SSL* dedicated server and encrypted to 128 bits which is the standard for high security encryption.
Your credit/debit card authorisation will be processed directly
through Bim-Bam Records and no third party processing is involved.
*Secure Sockets Layer or SSL is simply a method for viewing a website with complete assurance, that what you are seeing cannot be viewed by a third party. When you enter your credit card information, you will see a small "lock" or "key" appear in your browser. If you see this, you can be confident that what you are typing into a form or viewing cannot be viewed by anyone else.
If you have any security issues the contact persons are the site owner - Bob Thomas.
DISPLAY OF PRICES:
The price of each item is displayed in the shopping cart and against search results. This price is exclusive of post and packing but includes VAT. Once an item is placed in your shopping basket the postage and packing charges will be viewable and if extra items are added the cart will refresh these prices.
POST & PACKING: CDs/DVDs
Our charges are clearly shown below. The shopping cart will automatically calculate these charges based on your purchase and your postal region. You will be able to view these charges at all stages of the shopping transaction and before going to the secure server to make payment.
